Job Description

To Search /Source for Online Tenders. Online registration on respective Websites. To Solicit bids for significant projects that must be completed within a specific time frame.Reviewing Tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information's to top management to obtain bidding approval. Tender submission.

From receipt of a tender inquiry to contract award and subsequent handover to operations, the Tendering Department employee will be responsible for tenders dealing with all commercial and estimating activities associated with the Client’s tender requirements and all associated subcontract and supplier requirements.

Requirements

Graduate in Electronics and Telecommunications
Good Communication Skills
Knowledge & Experience of handling Online /Ofline Govt. & Private Sector Tenders
Submission of E-Tenders in either mode.
